This is like a brief series of images from a few different shows we do, but it shows, parade to the list, favouring, combat, garland reward, and being stuffed after the tournament :)
Enjoy!

you guys are NEXT to the castle-in-a-box, right? You aren't the ones who bought it, are you?

I think that is a cathedral. Shadowclans, right? They started out with a castle facade abit over a decade ago. I used to camp on E18 next to them. Quite the operation to get that up. I believe they sold the the castle facade and built a cathedral one to replace it.

Wow...as a newbie this is what I always hope the SCA will one day be for me...right there...someday...

I don't know the guy's name, but there is a guy up here who will make grills like that, water-jet cut from 1/4" stainless plate.

There are several fighters up this way who have had their grills modified/replaced with that fine work.

I am pretty sure that is VRIN's work. I think the layout for that grill are in his CNC how to thread.

This is, absolutely, in the top 5 kits I have ever seen. I was almost annoyed that a living history guy posted his kit (its give in that they are good, no surprises), then I saw the sword, last, like you should, and was blown the f---k away. GREAT JOB!

Hell yes it is and I agree with Jr, the maille makes the kit. What makes it look even better is that the maille is a bit tattered; THAT'S what does it for me.

This may be my most favoritest SCA picture ever. The young lady is Serenity, daughter of Viscountess Jimena (WidowMontoya) and Sir Rhys (rhys).

She's got her game face on and taken everyone's name in Bofferville.

What a cutie! I can only hope that my very young daughter becomes interested SCA combat. :D

DUDE. SERIOUSLY, DUDE.

That's it. THAT IS IT. That fits all three of the criteria. Lawsamercy, where is D. Sebastian? That picture needs to be on a recruitment poster NOW NOW NOW. Can we buy banner ads on WoW and put that pic on it?

I'm not even into Roman stuff and that is AMAZING. Needless to say, straight to first page.

I have no idea what winning crown entails, or what it means. Aren't you meant to be representing a praetorian though.

I hope you don't mind, I took the liberty of seeing what purple would look like. I think that particular purple looks too bright, but couldn't find the right one. Here's what i did though:
