Roman trooper Helmet

Post by Luca Sogliano »

I'm looking for a quality Roman trooper helmet to buy, but I'm having trouble finding one I like. Can anyone suggest some good armorers who might be selling one?

Sorry for being vague, I'm a SCA guy. And while I think Sir Brand makes great stuff, I was never crazy about his design on the Roman Trooper. In a perfect world I would love an Early Empire, Civil War era helm, but something both safe and mildly attractive is more important. Thanks for all your help guys!

Edit to add: I nearly fell over when I first saw Knotwolf, but he says he's not taking custom orders; his Cav helm is beautiful, but not quite my persona.

Talk to Allen at Knownworldt.com. He is a distributor for AB Hammer and Waldryk, and gets their top grade armor. I've bought a lot of armor through him, and he gets quality stuff at good prices.

My knight recently bought a beautiful Knotwolf Roman imperial that did not fit him. If you are interested he wants the $500 he paid for it. Just PM me and I will get you in contact with him if you want.
