I'm thinking about sponsoring an Under 30 Tourney/Afterparty at Pennsic...anyone interested?

I'd love to, but I won't be able to be at Pennsic.

I do, however, have many years before I'll move out of the under-30 bracket.

I may do the tourney by torchlight and have the party going on at the same time. But then I can't police a gate to keep out little kids and old people.

hell yes, i'm in. mid-war week?

there was a stronger showing of the young bloods at fight practice in boston last night. Felt good to be getting destroyed by people my age for a change.

I'm in, although it's gonna be my last year I could do anything like that.
I don't feel old, but apparently it's happening whether I like it or not.
Youngsters by torchlight sounds like a good fun fight.

Unfortunately, if you decide to make it a torch tournament i wont be able to fight in it. Fight in one, and will never again.

When planning this remember - no fighting in camps. There are a couple of people in the barony that would probably be interested that I will send along if this happens.

Do you need an official group to sponsor you for battlefield reservations?

Guarantee you that if I'm at Pennsic this year, I'm at your tourney. I only fought in one tourney last year, and that was the Newcomer's Tourney. Didn't do so hot then. Hopefully my prospects will go up a little in the coming months of training.

If i make it I will definatly be there for the tourny... but won't be able to get into the after party... hopefully exams fall so that I can make it to pennsic for the second week

And I was going to ask about the number of under 30 chiv. I can now count 1. (There are none that I know if here in the East.)

hm, and I know of no under 30 Chiv here in the east. I know a handful just over 30, but none under.
