Hjlmr's Lamellar

Post by Hjlmr inn Danski »

Greetings,

I finally finished my lamellar project.

I built it with WMA plates and RQP fittings. I'm more than a little pleased at the results.

Very nice.

Looks great... If I might ask, what was your reasoning for putting the curved side of the plate on the backside of the armor?

Everybody builds them with the curve on the outside. I wanted something with a different aesthetic.

Purty. You did good.

The fittings are a real nice touch.

Sweet "Dead Man" poster! ;)

Also the lammellar looks great! Is that leather thong holding it together?

Thanks, it's my wife's.

It's not leather, I used maroon paracord.
