I have about 16 sq ft of curved birch shield blanks in my garage, and I don't plan on using them as real shields. I also have a template for display heater shields that fit in a USPS Flat Rate Box.
If there is interest I can get them cut, photographed, and ready to ship pretty fast. I'd like to get $25 each, shipping included. I've made a few display shields this way in the past, and they come out handsomely. If you'd like to get your device painted on the shield, we can negotiate that. Send me your heraldry and we can figure out a price.
