I recently commissioned a set of pennons from Cilléne mac Conghalaigh, they arrived today. I must say they are gorgeous! Communications was top notch, I had progress reports start to finish which is pretty refreshing. Quality is great, I am quite happy with my purchase As for pics (shamelessly stolen from his website, No camera currently here)

I too recently ordered from Dirk and Arrow (the second one I ordered through them). The banner is beautiful and well-constructed, and they gave me a discount for a minor error. In addition, throughout the process they were very communicative, quick to respond to emails and to update me on their progress (good communication is second in importance only to high quality of product in evaluating artisans).
