I have a 14 Ga Mild Steel 3 Plate SCA Kubota with removable Grill face. No Shikoro.. But the Bottom Edge turn out for shikoro Attachment is there. Front Crest tab Mount.
measurements with NO Padding:
Inner Circumference: 26
Front 2 Back: 8 3/4
Side 2 Side 7 1/4

No... As stated in the first post... with 1/2 inch padding it will fit a head 21 1/2 around.
maybe a quarter inch bigger with padding compressed.
