I am sure it did not help but before everything got really ugly here the University decided they lacked funding for it so made plans to close it. I cannot remember when it first came up but it was in the school and local newspapers some time ago as a number of people were not happy to hear this. Funding cuts have been happening the last years before the bad economy. There were some petitions here about it but not sure if they did much. It is a real shame. One of the best such organisation in this field. It is a real shame, what more can be said.
