Motivational posters?

Post by Adeliz »

I've been looking for two days now and my Google-Fu fails me yet again!

I'm looking for an SCA motivational poster that I've seen before of a wheelchair-bound fighter going up and down the ranks of other fighters at Pennsic (?).

And I figured as long as I was looking for one, why not turn this into a threat of cool SCA motivational posters that you have found or made? Collect them all in one spot (or link to that one spot if its already been done?).

Thanks!

Here are some of the ones we use (more are in development) -- taglines developed with the assistance of the infamous cruelty-rich humor of our own beloved Michael San-Sever:

Showing the fantastic importance of the CoT for such things:

And proving the overweening influence of Leo's great good taste:

Enjoy!

I *believe* that is HL Thorfin Woodenwheel of An Tir (and I can see an An Tirian tabard there in the background of the photo, too). I could be wrong, though..

On the left, is Duke Martino. Duke Lorell is in the center preparing to club the spearman, who is myself.

If it's the same fellow (and I think it is) - I had the pleasure of crossing swords with him at the St. Paddy's Day Bloodbath in Ponte Alto - he was fighting pickups on the side because he had a limited amount of time. Definitely a nice guy, and a very fun fight.
