I recently received 14thC spring steel vambraces and spaudlers from HE and I must say they are superb. The workmanship and finish on them are second to none. I would encourage anyone to take advantage of this offer. I am using them as part of a late 14thC joust harness and the spring steel is strong and incredibly light!

I'll ditto the above Statement, Jeffery does excellent work. His armour is light, strong and properly shaped. If anyone needs anything listed, and has the extra cash, they should take advantage of this. Who knows, in a month or so he may be too backloged to take new orders or even make more in stock pieces like these! Strike while the iron is hot sez I.

Sadly your stuff is SO good, that if I bought a piece of armour I doubt I'd ever fight in it. It would probably sit in an airtight case, with a security system and I'd charge admission to view it.

Aww, come on! Half of the reason why Jeff's stuff is so great is because it is so nice for actual combat! Ultra light, ultra protective, ultra dent-proof, and ultra-sweet! My pieces from Jeff are by far my favorite pieces to fight in. A++++

I'm not complaining about the workmanship at all, one bit.

I just have seen his work and I fear I would just spend my time staring at it...maybe touching it with white gloves.

Maybe, someday, in the future, if I've become rich...I'd commission the Tonlet Armour of the Chamberlain of Burgandy from Jeff. But that is a dream, only.

Nah, it's like a sport car. It looks nice sitting in the show-room but it never looks as nice as it does on the track. You just GOTTA take it out for a spin even though you know the engine, shocks, struts and even frame have a limited life expectancy.

Regretably all of this is either too early or late for my time period... I was hoping to place a comision but it's not in the cards until after my wife graduates with her Masters Degree.
