Picture of a scale sabaton

Post by Jovian_Skleros »

I've tried the search function...

scale AND sabaton
Scale AND armor
scale AND shoes
sabatons

I've looked straight through several threads back to December and I can't find the picture.

It was a statue of a knight with scale sabatons that someone posted recently.

Does anyone have a link to it?

Thanks in advance.

Are you looking for a historic effigy or something? Or SCA photos?

I was reminded of the pistoia alterpiece, but I remember an effigy or tomb top.

Jovian made some headway on his scales in the shop Wednesday. Come on out in a couple weeks if you can and you can probably get started on a set of your own.

Contact your city for expired rabies vacc tags. Slightly dish them, paint em up, rivet or stitch to a leather spat.

Thats how the above sabatons were made.

Perfectly valid point.

Ummmm... Kill William and take his shoes? No wait, doesnt solve the time travel thing.

How about find some guy in period and kill him fer his shoes.

Yeah! Thats the bunny.

Instead of expired rabies tags one could just use steel...
