Gold hilted SCA rattan ballock dagger w/sheath SOLD

Post by Vitus von Atzinger »

This rattan ballock dagger was constructed with wood added to a solid rattan handle/tang. Then the whole handle was coated with two coats of epoxy, sanded and then painted to give the illusion of a real ballock dagger. This particular dagger handle has been painted with a gold-leafing paint to give the impression that the handle is wooden with gold gilding.

The paint has been left without a clear coat so that the dagger handle can be easily touched up and looking new.

The dagger comes with a custom scabbard (like the one pictured here) in whatever color combos you choose. Belts come with the scabbard but are not pictured.

PERFECT for everyday SCA melee combat, or as the murderous bling for the Pas and events like the Combat of Thirty.

$135 firm
