Czech book reference. (Ceska Malba Gotika Deskova Malirstvi)

Im trying to track down an image found on page 68/69 of Antonin Matejcek, "Ceska Malba Gotika Deskova Malirstvi" (Prague, 1938)

It should be a painting of St Maurice done by Master Theodoric of Charles IV court. I havent got much more on it than that but id like to see if i can get a description, copy or photo of this painting.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
