Japanese armor kit need help!

Post by Wartooth91 »

i'm really trying hard to find a full japanese kit as i have heard they are very hard or rather tedious to construct with all the lacing and all that jazz. though i am limited on funds i will take all suggestions. im not picky about century, or style (well kinda on style) but im just really picky on protection. i'm about 6ft 236lbs and my mid section is about 48 in at it's largest point. again any suggestion will be taken and GREATLY appreciated.

A few notes
Paint does not stick to plastic. a few people have tried but every type of paint available flakes off over time.

Pick up a few pieces of posterboard to make your patterns.
I would sugest investing in a set of french curves, a square, and a silver sharpie it helps with layout.
Take your time rushing leaves to ugly armour.
