Mmm... so you did not like the imprecise fit. There are files for that kind of thing, you know, and holding the bits down with nuts and bolts while smacking it smooth with a soft mallet. Scottish burgonet, satin finish with brass thistle ornimentation, shamrock holes for the ears with the edges in brass, horizontal filigree bar work for the grill, brass roped edging as well.
