Never worked with it. Guessing bandsaw, jigsaw, or bev should cut it. Hammer and dish will form. I do know it likes to return to flat so you do have to over form it a bit.

The white one is getting smaller gores on the sides so you can walk in it easy but not have wings...
The duct tape is where the embro goes. The blue one shows the embro but has a lot still wrong with it that's been fixed from one tweak to the next.
