Somewhere between 1300 and 2000. Depending on how much of the detail chiseling was wanted. There is a bunch of fine work to it that dosent show up in alot of the pictures.

Ive seriously considered doing the Voxtorp several times. But I'm afraid to do it becouse I dont think many would pay the price Id have to get for it. lol And it would be a hard one to do for this deal. But its an awsome chest for sure.

For me the more pannels are easier. Less deep dishing and when it dosent quit fit theres enough give in the less dished pieces I can make it fit alot easier.

Makes me wish I was a kid in the middleages. I also remember reading somewhere that these eventialy evolved into different kind of tools. But I may be misstaken. Someones going to be very lucky!

The hinges are actually narrower than the originals a little bit. The style is what Im looking at.
