Real nice. Let me know who and what and I'll get them the message. They had a major screwup in emails which resulted in a lot of lost orders. They're trying to sort it out but don't have a presence here to defend themselves. I see them routinely and try to get any messages here to them.

They told me that you've received your order, that they apologized profusely, and also will grant a 30% discount off any future purchase(s).

I see them fairly regularly. Send me a note and I'll look into it for you. I know that their email inbox was accidentily completely erased this year and it caused some major problems with orders placed.
