Yeah I am awarre of Otto's struggles. But he is right, no one on the archive ever lets any of them recover after getting backlogged. SCAdian customers are often some of the worst out there as much as I cringe saying that.

I have to say, since I am starting to do some armoring myself, I think that I will only do one hat at a time. Build a hat, ship to customer, tell the archive I need an order. No backlog possible. I feel for you guys.
