My harbor freight shear has adjustable blades for metal thickness. I've gone through 8 gauge brass without issue (once adjusting the blade). I suspect Ti would be handled the same way. What is the thickest Ti you have cut? I'm working with 1.25 mm. Cutting with shear would be preferable if possible. Less mess!

Highest Particle Filter class you can get should do it. Hello,

I plan to use an angle grinder to cut some titanium plates. Other than safety glasses and gloves, what PPE would be advisable? A mask would be prudent, should it be for organic vapour or particulate? Any guidance would be appreciated.
