As for buying bulk from China, I'd be worried about what chemicals were used in processing the horns
and what might be in the final coating. FDA rules have no teeth there.

I got my Vervelles soon after I ordered them and was separating them for some different helms
and the extra dozen he threw in kept confusing my count until I realized that there were so many extras!
