I wear a Bregg Tradition X2K (no ACL in left knee) I can't fight in it, the VA won't buy me another one. (I broke a Donjoy Goldpoint at Pennsic 29) but it's a bad-ass piece of equipment, it also cost 1700 bucks. I just wrap mine and hope it doesn't subplex.

Jess, The only strenght training I have ever suggested to fighters is do pushups for upper body and hindu squats for lower body, likewise I suggest cardio (boy am I a hypocrite) as well.
