Darkwood Rapier for sale

I have a Darkwood Armory Rapier that I need to sell due to losing my job. My wife no longer plays rapier and it has just been sitting here for a while. It needs some cleaning up, but nothing significant. Was lightly used as it was not my wife's main blade. I see brand new ones going for $300+, but I...

I bid you good fortune and health on your travels to achieve this deed of arms. I can one day hope to achieve something similar.

You have inspired me to begin contemplation upon that path.

I hope that you will make your videos available for us.

Good Luck upon you.

Copper Rivet Usage

Is there anything that can be done with the extra bits that are bent, broken, or snipped off? Can they be melted down for copper or are there too many other metals there? I have a 5 gal bucket almost half full with rivet bits and pieces. I would love to turn it all into something, but am very inexpe...

Gorget Commission

I am looking for someone that can do a gorget to match the leather one that was worn by Kenneth Branagh in Henry V (1989). Must be SCA legal, so obvious height of collar would need changed. I thought of just buying a good brig gorget and adding rivets to it? This one! Price and shipping to 85374 ple...

Just a quick check through a couple of my sources and you should not have a serious issue. But then again that all depends on the college. It certainly is a locative. Being that the city has been around since 100. I would say that it is certainly plausible that someone would take a locative surname....

Only thing I am noticing that I do not want to do is the sewing of the liner TO the helm. I have no intention of drilling tons of holes around my helm to sew it in. Is that the only way to make it stick or will it generally stay in place during SCA combat? I could see velcro working for this possibl...
