Also, I believe Duke Morgan's opponent is Duke Quilliam of Ealdormere.
And "Windfane" is Sir Wigthegn of the Midrealm.

If you like Carmina Burana, get the original Conan: The Barbarian soundtrack. I believe the composer (Basil Poledouris) based it on Carmina Burana.

Re: Defense training help sought
Bjorn, where are you located? And welcome to the fighting family! Improving defensive skills can be hard to do alone. Figure out a stance you want to use and analyze the weaknesses of that stance. Train to react to the attacks exploiting those weaknesses; one bad habit a lot of new people have is ov...

Sean: I also use the hexagon method you are referring to when drawing. Also, the string method is great for ellipses, but it looks like the author of that file I linked was drawing more of a multicentered oval. A heater shield is just an arch turned upside down. ;) http://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/media/folder_10/file_484045.jpg Your statement made me investigate more into gothic arches. Re: Drawing the Perfect Heater Curve
My meaning of "perfect" is in a geometric sense, and not necessarily historical. My method will always create an arc tangential to a shield's straight side (if it has one), or will make a corner into the tangent point. I find this aesthetically pleasing and just wanted to share the method. I wonder ...

Drawing the Perfect Heater Curve
This is a process I had developed a while back for drawing a perfect curve on a heater shield. I've seen the process for making a curve where the width of your shield is used as the radius of your curve; this expands on that by making the curve fit any size heater. I'm not sure if I'm clear enough o...

Re: Product Feedback Survey: Alternative 3" Spear tip concep
From the standpoint of durability, this is a really bad idea. Too much stress with the open air between the two diameters, and you've created a seam between the two pieces that is an extreme failure point. Aesthetically speaking, I think that a 3" long by 3" diameter tip that has been turned down wi...
