Hal,
you need to advertise your tools in the Facebook "United League of Armorers" group as well. Lots of people buying there.
I would buy this, but I got laid off two weeks ago. Good Luck !

Re: Study Session 2015
Thank you all ! I appreciate it.
I am just so frustrated I want to scream. I was really looking forward to see everyone again.
Lift a beer for me, and I'll buy the first round next year.
Thanks guys.

Wade, its looking like I can not make it down.
I am having a kidney stone attack, and my Doctor said it was better if I don't travel 5 hours from home.
If it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.
I'll see you guys next year.

Is it just me, or does the lance rest look rather crude compared to the rest of the piece? Maybe it is just the way the pictures were taken.

Modern Wound study PDF?
Hey guys... need a little help.
Every few years there is a PDF that goes around here with a modern study of knife wounds, etc. and how lethal or non-lethal they can be, including pictures. I can not find my copy.
Anyone have one handy? Thanks !
Chris

I will be there baring unforeseen emergencies. I talked to Gruber and he is going to try and make it too, but that is shortly after he is moving to Asheville, so I would put him down as a maybe. I will bring my two horsebows. The Tartar Bow is 65lbs at 28" and a dream to shoot. The Mongolian I just ...

Re: how does elbow articulation work?
Here is a way to "cheat" when learning. Buy a knee or elbow that you like the design of, take it apart, make patterns, and now build a set of them. Do this several times, improving the patterns to match your building technique. You'll quickly get it. This cuts out a lot of the early frustration and ...

Go back and watch the polearm fight (final section) in the video. Turn your volume up loud so you can hear what happens. Mac,
So your saying the lame height (visible) should be about 7/8"? I'm trying to make sure I understand correctly. How much overlap? It is very interesting on how high the rerebraces go.
