Hi all, I'm a new fighter and looking to buy my first helm. Head dimensions are approximately 5.5"x7" and 23.5" around. I'm also interested in any garb or gear anyone might be looking to unload that would be appropriate for a woman 5'7" and about 135lbs. Thanks! -Birgitta
