Yes that is correct. the top edge and often right around the center or just below center of the neckline is where you'll see the other set of rivets, sometimes they are hidden when the lower pectoral portion is seperate from the lower chin/neck area. The insides have been painted to help prevent rust. It shouldn't be a problem setting the thing on concrete, it is armour after all I was carefull setting it down and made sure not to kick it while it was setting there so no worries. Lets see, the inlaid wire was done with three chisels, an onglete to cut the initial, a flat to square out the hole, and a knife to undercut.
