Granted, for tourney fighting, in which typical fight is over in a few minutes at the most, there is not a lot of benefit from cardio training or weight training. Cool...I looked similar to that after a tourney. One of those freak accidents were my helm padding got "stuck" to my forehead (combination of sweat and humidity), caught a 1 in a million spear shot that hit solid without glancing off the rounded portion of my helm, and wound up with a lovely pressur...
