I bougt them from Massa 'G' at GAA armories. Kept me very informed of everything that went on. Even as the shipment took almost a month to get to me, he wrote to inquire if I had recieved them.

Greetings, This is pulled off the SCA.ORG website dealing with weapon standards. With this in mind, it affects all kingdom's. It took me around 2 weeks < hour or two a night >. Not realy that time consuming. Just making sure the fitting is correct and the edging took the longest.

There is an overlap of the plates in the front. I like the little added coverage to offset the occasional "spear-shot to the solarplexes" syndrom.

Lamellar Vest Complete

This is my completed vest using around 250 of Massa 'G's birka style plates. It is edged with 3-4oz green leather inside and out. A swift kick in the jimmy.
