one set of rules for one sport. no variations. make it more about common sense and personal risk acceptance. give guidlines. actually train marshals before handing the warrants.

i think it would be much easier and much more simple.

perhaps to allow the two handed weapon to still be used should the guy wielding it lose an arm. in other words, preventing an arm shot to be a kill? only thing i can think of.

gamers are typically lazy and physically enept. i would target skaters before gamers. the last people i would target are those looking for drinking and easy broads. we have too many of those now.
