Re: Throwing in the second -blood covered- towel.

My wife and I are fine, dude. I am not going hungry. I just need to let the business go totally bust or I can't ever start it up again when I get a new "real" job.

It has to hit the rocks or I will be trapped forever.

Re: Throwing in the second -blood covered- towel.

For example, I found a large piece of plywood under the house that must be 20-30 years old. It's REAL 3/4" plywood that is hard as a rock. I didn't know that piece was even there. So, instead of buying more supplies I cut three punch-shields out of the scrap, and will edge them with the last of my r...

Re: Throwing in the second -blood covered- towel.

You have to remember that the only way to extricate yourself from this situation is to break the pattern by not accepting more orders (check) or buying more materials that will tempt you to take more orders. The recent creations were made from a massive scrap pile. At some point you have to take mon...

Throwing in the second -blood covered- towel.

My cash flow is utterly dead in the water. If I owe you a piece you are going to have to wait longer or get on my refund list. Refunds will take a great deal of time as I use old stock leather to make stuff to sell to gather money for refunds. This way I can liquidate all supply and have the dough t...

Re: Giant get-me-to-Pennsic pouch blowout.

The smaller heart-shaped pouches are about 8" high and 6" wide. I think the large campaign pouches are 10" wide and 8" high, but they may be bigger.

Giant get-me-to-Pennsic pouch blowout.

Gotta pay pre-reg and then ship out the mountain of orders waiting in a big pile. These pouches DO NOT come with a dress belt. If you want a dress belt that will be an additi...

There was a time when I certainly didn't suck with one.

I will remind everyone that Brannos once got second place at Candlemas with a buckler because he couldn't hold up a regular shield.

At Candlemas.
