Well i must say Spaying is the most common injury, but we do assign some added protection for armor as well as it's costume value. Though Plasma is the best I have used Marvel Mystery oil to great effect cutting Steel for my sculpture pieces. The other one i found that works very well is transmission honey ( i dont know the real name of the product i get it from the auto suplly in bulk.)

Safe Metal Thickness

Greetings all i am fairly new to all of this and i am involved with a fantasy L.A.R.P.. I would like to know if 20 Gauge stell would be safe for costume armor in boffer combat. any one who has other ideas please tell me i do not want to do latex or pvc though.
