My husband has to remind (nag) me to eat too. I get busy and if I don't feel hungry I just forget to eat. When there's practice I literally have to put a reminder on my Outlook calendar so I'll eat something for lunch.

Is aluminum gauged by it's thickness like steel? I just barely know anything about steel, nothing about aluminum. Guess mini aluminum splints over each leather lame wouldn't be good either?

I could always just cut it up into different shapes and make a mobile, lol.

I'm am not sure of the exact thickness (didn't measure it yet) but it seemed very close to legal. Also, my husband does not fight much and the aluminum will be on top of a gambeson (made out of a moving blanket *shudder* and under 12oz leather.
