what I have always done is to buy a box of scotchbrite pads and cut them into squares. Punch a hole in the center, put as many of them as you need on a arbor, and go for it. Never paid for me to buy the mission specific wheels.

Nope, no flails. As a safety concern the marshalate is concerned with the cord,rope,connective tissue, whatever wrapping around someone. If this happens as the user is returning from his thrown posistion it could easily snap a wrist or damage a elbow.

My favorite so far is to place a pool noodle on the end of a piece of rattan, slice some pink rubber balls in half, and then tape them to the pool noodle every 90 degrees. it meets midrealm rules, looks mostly like a mace, not to heavy, and you definately know if it hits you.
