... its no where as high as a single piece of primered. was surprised at the difference. never considered alum as noisey? note that all blanks have a titanium reinforcing edge to them and contact cemented one and primered were edged. thanks for a very valid observation/theory.

you can use a dressing stone to true it.
might take a while if it turns very slow. so you might need to turn it at a higher speed? watch out about overdrirving it as mentioned above.
I have to true up my 14 inch grinder every so often grinding Titanium.
