I used to make titanium basket hilts. if you doubled your price would it be worth it?
I charged 125 and people bought as many as I would make. one guy traded a nice mountain bike for one.
you wont be able to sell very many.. but people will still want them from time to time.
even at twice the price.

Re: who can cut titanium plates for cop?
titanium cuts is easy to cut with a bev shear. as mentioned above .063(16ga) is really thick. I use .050 for legs and gauntlets and .063 for baskets and knucklebars only. you could use .025 or .032 Ti for scales and save effort ...

Re: Seeking Review of TI Gauntlets and Gauntlet Recommendati
... enough. I would have to make a special die for the finger tips and that can literally take month(s) to find the right ratio and die size. titanium does not like to be sized or resized and is fussy to work in tight tolerances lastly the finger splay on the first pair is ridiculous. put ...

Re: Seeking Review of TI Gauntlets and Gauntlet Recommendati
those are really nice.
the bi gauntlets are out of my titanium skill category.
sharp 90 degrees bends like that are impossible with any of the heavy duty alloys.
besides I couldnt stand the finger splay on a pair like that.
thanks for asking.
