for example on some gauntlet we can see little heart or thing like this , or on breast some sort of flower design.
i would like to know how ( on stainless ) to cut out these design. especially when their is hole with a shape.

The little club design is really easy... punch start three holes in a triangle, but too close, then punch them out, and you have three circles which overlap.

Two holes too close to each other starts a heart... then file out the point with a square or triangle file. That ones easy too.

It's just about always as Broadway says, Uther: drill a hole or two or three, then get a file into the hole and re-shape the hole with the file.
