Any info on Sir Sven's Armoury?

I know a bit. I have purchased some knee cops from him and a friend of mine purchased a helmet (and a couple of other armor pieces, not quite sure which ones). Both of these were positive experiences getting a reasonable product for a reasonable price.
However, I have another friend who purchased a helm that was supposed to be custom fitted for her. The result was not correct and he was not great about giving her a refund (or fixing the helmet).
I just checked prices and I think his stuff is a bit cheaper than some other armorers but you may be happier if you are a generic size and not a custom one.
