I missed getting it when it came out about 1.5 years ago, but just ordered one on ebay.

This seller has had several listing recently, and there are two current ones. It opens at $25 with free shipping. The original price on the book was $75.

There are a few here that thing it is pretty good.

I couldn't find it. The Met was having a sale on this title.

I picked mine up then new.

Don't recall the price, probably more than $25 though.
