Im sure there are some out there but I havent seen to have found much for research that isnt half destroyed helms etc. any help would be keen.

I would also check over on Roman Army Talk forum, they have a whole section on ancient combat games.

There were a bunch of helmets found in Pompey.

In rather good condition.
