Armour and castings airmail tracking?

Anyone savy on using the airmail tracking number provided by armourandcastings.com? I have not heard back from them for guidance and it's been a few weeks since I tried to contact them.

All you should need to do is go to whatever service they are using and enter the tracking number in the box provided.

Absolutely.
I recieved a tracking number and the word "airmail." I tried the only Ukrainian air mail site that would hit on google (CAU) but when I enter the number, package not found.
