What are your favorite light material/aluminum patterns?

I recently purchased many signs (1000-1200 lbs. estimate) that are of good or better quality. I'm unsure of what I can make with this much material, so I figured that maybe a few people on armour archive might have good ideas on things I can make.

Churburg13 and coat of plates seam common, splints over mid weight leather; the alloy can vary a lot between signs the larger heavier signs work for shields but they wear out faster than the alloys/temper windrose and icefalcon offer.
What standards are you building to?
