Who makes tapered stake plates?

I recall seeing online about 6 months ago a firm who make a new stake plate with 4 square holes of different sizes (from about 3/4" inch to about 1 3/4") all with a 5 degree taper. The 2 or 3 largest holes have a lip on the underside of the plate to expand the support for the larger stakes.

Does this ring any bells with anyone here?

I dismissed it at the time as I read on Anvilfire that 11-12 degrees is a more standard taper but I've finally got round to cataloging some stakes I bought as a job lot and 5 I have at least half a dozen useful stakes with a 4.8–5.2 degree taper so I think this would be a useful addition to my growing workshop.

I don't remember it being ridiculously expensive either.

If only I could remember where I saw it...!

Any hints or clues would be very much appreciated.

Here you go:

I have one and it is a great option when a pexto is out of the budget.
