Flat topped heads, not so unusual. But the painted on hair do? Looks kinda like Karloff..I thought I'd seen it all by now...Must have been some kind of theme event. What? I have no idea! LOL. Looks like the etching was done in 1810, but the clothing looks 17th-18th cent?
