Where to find leather arms/legs

I have searched the net a bit and found very little leather armour, just lots and lots and lots of steel and aluminum. Where could I go for speed and quality?
The Armory of Westlig Stjerne makes great leather armor and is darn expedient.
Olaf was of great help to me when I needed a set of full leather arms in a hurry ...
