My latest projects

Post by Jurgen »

I've been spending a bunch of time in the shop lately working on some commissioned pieces.

This is a helmet based off some line drawings in one of the surviving Fiore manuscripts.

The breastplate is based on the Churburg #14 one piece breastplate.

Is the helm raised?

Very nice indeed.

Nope, the helmet is of welded construction. I haven't finished the raised helmet I started yet. I need to get myself a torch before I can do that.

I agree fine armour. Very smooth and neat.
Thanks for the pics.

Does the helm come from the English civil war time?
