Looking for pattern

I'm wanting to do a visored sallet with a intergrated bevor for SCA combat. Does anybody have a pattern for the hinged bevor section that they wouldn't mind letting me use? If not a pattern a sketch or description of how to to go about doing it would be most helpfull. Any input on the matter would be most usefull. Thanks in advance.
