good source for sanding belts/discs

Post by CLANG »

I found a good deal on ebay for sanding belts awhile back. The company is B. Snyder Abrasives, run by Barb Snyder, AKA the Sandpaper Lady! I ordered a bunch of Zirconia belts from her directly and the order was fast, friendly, and she sells a superior product for an inferior price. I had trouble wearing out a belt enough to use it for edging plates...

The URL is:

I'll look... Says on the back: PES and a PZ... stock #. Haven't heard of them, but these are good belts. They are also butt-spliced so you don't have that annoying bounce at the joint. I ordered 10 each of the two grits I use the most, and I forsee this supply lasting me a long time-and I use them constantly.

Prices look okay, are there better prices in larger quantities. Since they are butt-spliced, you don't have to worry about getting the arrow in the right direction, correct?
