Hi,
Bought your book last night as a Christmas present to myself. I'm willing to spend $55 on it well enough, but I just can't bring myself to spend $80 on a book, no matter how good it is (despite what college years tried to convince me of...) For anyone else interested, there were two more copies available in the lower $60 range.
