Question about Bright Aluminum

I got me a few pounds of bright aluminum rings today in the mail and so I started work on another poptop shirt.... first thing I noticed was that the rings were A LOT harder to bend then the regular aluminum ring sI made the first shirt out of.....

So I was curious about just how strong it was and couldn't really find anything so I checked DC Wireworks and he mentions that it's not really suitable for combat and can break......

I'm not so much worried about it in regards to youth combat but I was just curious as to how strong this stuff is really ???

It sure looks pretty......
